I cannot really recall movies that I watched. It can only mean that they weren't really memorable... Oh wait, there is one that I remember watching:
The Duchess:
A period film about an English duchess who was way ahead of her time.
She had a scandalous life, took part in politics and, by the unique clothes she designed herself, became the fashion icon of the time.
It was an interesting movie, never heard of this historical figure before. It was really pretty as well, I mean visually, since not only pretty things happened...
I liked Keira Knightly in it. I know many say that she's not a good actress but I have no idea why, I never had problems with her acting.

Anyway, I would recommend this film.
Series:
Bunheads - As I'm a, well not a huge, but definitely a fan of Gilmore Girls, it was a must-watch for me (same creator, if you're wondering). It basically doesn't really differ from GG: same atmosphere, same kind of music and same kind of characters with same kind of humour, but that's not that big of a problem for me. I liked the first season a lot and cannot wait for January to watch the second one.
Dallas - I had to check it out. It was the show I grew up on after all. I think in my country pretty much everybody around my age can tell this.
I didn't really expect too much, I just watched the first episodes for
the sake of nostalgia but I ended up liking it a lot, now I only have
two more episodes left. I'm curious how many seasons it will
eventually have.
Don't Trust the B**** in Apartment 23 - An absolutely hilarious show, can't wait for the second season. Too bad the first season is only 7 episodes, really hope that the second one's going to be at least twice as long.
Once Upon a Time - Much better than I expected, actually I
absolutely love it. I like how they added a realistic touch to all the
fairy tales, and the frame-story is really interesting as well.
Raising Hope - I pretty much marathoned all the seasons within a ridiculously short period of time. It's a sweet show but without being cheesy. I'm really happy that I eventually gave it a try.
As for books, I mainly read Agatha Christie novels. You can check out which ones here on my goodreads page. Feel free to add me as a friend there if you feel like. I'm kinda really new to that site and I'm not sure if I'm going to use it regularly but it seems pretty cool at the moment.
